How to Delete Your Account

Quizzar Go — Account & Data Deletion

Option 1: Delete In-App

Open the Quizzar Go app
Navigate to Settings
Tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion when prompted

Option 2: Request by Email

If you are unable to access the application, you can request account deletion by emailing us at quizzargo@gmail.com. Please ensure you send the request from the exact email address associated with your Quizzar Go account for verification purposes.

Managing or Deleting Specific Data

Quizzar Go does not currently offer a way to delete individual pieces of data (such as a single saved quiz or your activity history) while keeping your account active. If you'd like specific data removed without deleting your entire account, please email us at quizzargo@gmail.com describing what you'd like removed, and we'll handle the request manually.

What Gets Deleted

Once deletion is initiated, your profile, avatar, saved quizzes (Vault), and general account data are immediately purged from our active production databases. Encrypted backups containing snapshot data naturally expire and are securely destroyed within 30 days of the request.

Note: To comply with tax laws, accounting standards, and fraud prevention obligations, an anonymized snapshot of your financial transaction history is retained permanently, as described in our Privacy Policy. No other personal data is kept.
